My name is Christian Rodemund.
I am a surgeon in Austria and work in a trauma hospital of the
Austrian Social Insurance for Occupational Risks (AUVA) in Linz since 1984.
I am particularly interested in the treatment of
intra-articular calcaneal fractures.
Over the years, I have seen and tried many different methods
of operative and non-operative procedures.
Based on my experience, the therapeutic approach of colleagues,
medical conferences, courses and scientific studies
I am sure that
minimally invasive therapy
in a standardized and detailed planned concept
is the best way of treatment.
This place should be a platform for
developing and promoting concepts
for discussion, exchange of opinions, ideas and methods,
presentation of cases and answering questions.
On this website I only use images that have already been presented to the public in presentations and publications.
No patient data is traceable by legal means.
In addition, I have received written confirmation from patients
that I may use their images in a completely anonymised way if required.
